Gold Compliance Package

Gold Package Inclusions:

  • Detailed inspection of property and complete compliance reporting on all applicable regulations

  • Thorough inspection and testing of smoke alarms in order to meet the requirements of tenancy agreement

  • Unlimited call-outs, battery and alarm changes required for compliance or malfunctioning systems

  • Systematic record keeping record keeping of expiry dates and battery replacements

  • Thorough clean of smoke alarm system after every inspection

  • All required alarm installations and replacements included in annual fee (this includes 240V hardwired alarms)

  • General inspection of the tenant’s switchboard

  • Db tested and reported

  • Artificial smoke used for testing alarms

  • Automatic maintenance renewals

  • RCD safety switch testing

  • Corded blind inspection & reporting

  • Install safety devices and warning labels to make blinds complaint

Platinum Compliance Package

​

Plus

 

Gold package inclusions plus:

​

  • Record water meter readings

  • Check all taps and hot water units for leaks

  • Check the flow rate of all internal water and mixer taps, excluding bathtub taps, laundry taps and taps supplying washing machine and dish washer 

  • Check the flow rate of all shower heads in the property 

  • Issue a compliance certificate

The Annual fee also includes:

 

  • A water compliance inspection to be carried out annually

  • Unlimited tenancy changes​

Water services not available as a stand alone service.  If for some reason the property fails, Landlord Compliance will send a failed compliance report for your plumber to attend and rectify.

STRA Compliance Package

 

Under the STRA legislation, holiday dwellings must meet minimum fire standards, have an evacuation plan and have interlinked alarms.  Hosts are also required to provide a general emergency advice sheet.

  • Installation of the correct smoke alarms (compliant with AS3786) and testing​

  • Full compliance reporting of all STRA fire safety standards

​​

  • Emergency advice sheet tailored for the property

  • Installation of portable fire extinguishers and blankets

  • Assessment of egress doors for class 2 and 4 properties

  • Evacuation diagram drafting and installation
